Plum Blossom

This photo is taken during Spring time. Plum Blossom has always been an enjorable and unmissable scenery in my city, Guangzhou. During that time of the year, people go to visit these flowers with their friends and families. This photo taken is about three ladies taking photo with the plum blossoms. They taught each other how to pose, how to take photos and enjoy this view together. I was so touched by their precious friendship and took this photo.

Waves

In summer 2020, my mom took me to her hometown, Fenghuang City, keeping us away from the heat in the city. Living in the city all year round, I was in the midst of academic anxiety and restlessness, and gradually found peace in this town. This photo was taken of a girl who calmed me down during my anxiety about schoolwork and everything else. The light sneaked through her hair and outlined her from the lake. Her smile healed me. In the heat of August, she flooded into me like a gorgeous wave to soothe my restlessness.
